This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through dealversemall.com are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page, at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in the shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Warehouse location
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier performance
  • Customs clearance
  • Seasonal demand

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping fees may vary based on the order value, package size, destination, product category, and selected shipping method.

4. Multiple Packages

Orders containing several products may be shipped separately.

You may receive:

  • More than one tracking number
  • Packages on different delivery dates
  • Products shipped from different fulfillment locations

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee simply because an order is divided into multiple packages, unless clearly stated at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after a shipping label is created.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please check the following before submitting an order:

  • Street address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • City
  • State or province
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Telephone number

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where the delivery failure was caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Lost Packages

A package may not be considered lost until the carrier’s normal investigation or delivery window has passed.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

9. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location
  2. Ask household members or neighbors
  3. Check with building management
  4. Contact the delivery carrier
  5. Contact us with your order number

We will assist with available carrier information, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as correctly delivered by the carrier.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the damage

Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customs delays are outside our direct control.

12. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries, regions, PO boxes, military addresses, or remote locations.

We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot legally or reasonably ship the product to the provided address.
